It's mid-March and we're already looking forward to getting started -- doesn't an afternoon in the hot sun sound good about now?
Our town planner, Elizabeth Hughes, has begun accepting applications for garden plots for this season. Application forms and Rules and Regulations info is available at the town's Agricultural Commission Web site. Elizabeth can be reached at (978) 263-1116.
Please spread the word about the garden and encourage your friends and neighbors to get involved. It's a great activity for all ages, and a unique way to meet members of our community.
As the days go by, we'll be posting more information about the garden, including gardening events and organic gardening tips, and there is always an opportunity to post comments and questions.
