Town Planner Elizabeth Hughes says Tom Napoli, one of the owners of Idylwilde Farms, has volunteered to plow the community garden plot this year for free.
It's difficult to say exactly when the plowing will be done, because Idylwilde will be in the middle of their many springtime tasks, and he'll have to fit the task in. Napoli said he should have it completed by May 1st.
